Tricia Thibodeaux, P.E., PMP

Tricia Thibodeaux is the Vice President of HSE, responsible for driving consistent implementation of Fluor’s HSE programs and strategies, and overseeing all business line and regional HSE operations.

Having been with Fluor for over 30 years, Tricia has held diverse roles in engineering, project management, construction, project controls, and strategic sourcing. Her past roles include senior project director in Energy Solutions, global director of construction-driven execution for Construction and Fabrication, Houston office manager of projects, and global director of supplier quality and material planning.

Tricia graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. She holds Professional Engineer licenses in Texas and Louisiana, as well as Project Management Professional certification.

Active in numerous professional and business organizations, she is a member of Louisiana State University’s College of Engineering Diversity Advisory Board and Mechanical Engineering Industry Advisory Committee. Additionally, Tricia was the past chair of the Construction Industry Institute (CII) Executive Committee and is a member of their Board of Advisors. She also serves on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Board of Trustees and the University of Houston Civil and Environmental Engineering Industrial Advisory Board. She represents Fluor as a Board Member of Building Responsibly and National Construction Safety Executives (NCSE). She received the CII Distinguished Service Award in 2019.
