The accelerated Construction Management BS/MS program is open to qualified undergraduate construction management students desiring to continue their education at the graduate level IMMEDIATELY upon completion of the B.S. degree. This program is intended for students seeking a graduate education while ensuring that the time frame to graduation is optimal. Accepted students can take up to twelve graduate credit hours that are applied to both the bachelor’s and graduate degrees. The B.S. degree will be conferred upon completion of the undergraduate curriculum requirements with appropriate undergraduate/graduate course substitutions. The graduate degree shall be awarded based upon existing requirements for the graduate degree.
To participate, a student will need to:
- apply and be accepted to the Accelerated CM BS/MS Program,
- seek CM undergraduate advisor approval to enroll in specific graduate courses, and
- during their final undergraduate semester apply and be admitted to the CM Master’s degree program.
Acceptance to the Accelerated B.S./Graduate Degree Program and completion of graduate level courses does not guarantee admission to the Graduate Program.

- Must have completed all required freshman- and sophomore-level Construction Management courses and at least three required junior-level Construction Management courses, including CNST3355.
